Protection of personal data

We take the protection of personal data seriously. It is important to us that your personal data is safe. All personal data obtained during your visit to our website is processed in accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the „Personal Data Protection Act“) as well as with applicable European legislation. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

What data do we store?

During your visit to our website, we record the IP address assigned to you by your internet service provider, the pages from which you visited our website, how long you stayed on our website, which specific subpages you view, and so on. This information is considered personal data, as it is your online identifier, and therefore we handle this data with increased care.

You voluntarily enter your personal data into various forms: registration forms, contact forms, order forms, etc. Most commonly, we store the following personal data: name, email address. Your personal data is used for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under a consumer contract and other services you have requested.

If you would like to know which specific data we store about you, we will gladly provide it upon request. If, despite our efforts to keep the data up to date, some records are incorrect, we will gladly correct them.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing performance under a consumer contract and for marketing purposes, as mentioned above. The operator of the information system declares that personal data is not transferred to third countries. Personal data is kept for the above-mentioned purposes for 10 years unless special legal regulations provide otherwise or until you withdraw your consent. In the period from giving consent to its withdrawal, the processing of your personal data is lawful, even if you have withdrawn your consent after giving it.

As a data subject, you have the right to correct the data provided in case of any inaccuracies. After achieving the purpose of providing personal data – i.e., after providing performance under a consumer contract, you have the „right to be forgotten“ = the right to delete the personal data provided. The right to delete the personal data provided will also be exercised if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

As a data subject, you also have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, namely if you challenge the accuracy of personal data during the period of checking the accuracy of data; if the processing of personal data is unlawful and instead of deleting the data, you request a restriction on their processing, and also if the operator does not need your personal data (purpose – providing performance under a consumer contract – has been fulfilled), but you need it to assert or defend your legal claims.

The operator undertakes to notify you of any changes, corrections, or deletions of your personal data. At the same time, you have the right to request the transfer of personal data to another operator, which you will notify us of in writing.

The supervisory authority for the processing of personal data is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Changes to the conditions for the protection of personal data

If we decide to change the conditions for the protection of personal data, we will publish them on this page. These conditions are valid from May 24, 2018.
